Food from Alice's is always great. They did forget one order of beef chow fun and one order of salted egg shrimp, but when I called they were more than accommodating with store credit. Thank you guys! We'll see you soon!

Online order system was not very good at all. Have to wait for the restaurant to confirm but I was waiting for a good 10 minutes before I gave up and called the restaurant. Called multiple times and no one picked up. I ended up driving there just to ask even though online it said 15 mins to pick up and when I had arrived it was already a good 20 mins after I ordered. The guy and girl there didn't even greet or apologize for the late meal so I ended up waiting another 20 mins on top of that. Don't think I will order again.

Food was good but I tried twice to place an order online and it said to wait for their confirmation. It never happened so I went in person and they just never looked at the iPad and found my two orders unconfirmed. Of course they canceled one and started to make the other but the online ordering was frustrating for this reason. Please watch and confirm orders from your website.
